Pretreatment environment:
23+ -2 degrees, 50+ -5%
Requirements: At least 48 hours, until the weight; once every 24 hours, the quality does not exceed 0.1% or 0.1g. That's a big deal.
Fixed sample, laboratory 'assembly, construction' samples.
To remove excess water, the moisture content should be less than 40%.
Pretreated for 8 weeks, flame retardant wood and flame retardant treated wood products. Cement products.
Pretreatment for 4 weeks, common wood products, calcium silicate, gypsum products, and other absorbent materials.
Pretreatment for 2 weeks, other products.
Base plate:
Floor class,
The final used substrate density is at least 75% of the test substrate. That is, the density density of the bottom plate used for testing cannot be too high.
The final bottom plate is non-wood, the whole is A1 or A2, then the cement fiber board is 8mm thick, the density is about 1800, and there is no bottom plate when testing.
The final bottom plate is wood. The whole is A1 or A2. The ordinary particleboard is 20mm thick and the density is 680. The test is C grade.
The final bottom plate is not wood, and the whole is not A1 or A2, and the bottom plate is used according to the actual use.
Tablet class, SBI
The base plate type is based on the principle of actual use
Calcium silicate board can not replace gypsum board
If the sample surface is actually using an 'air gap', the groove, the sample should be at least 25 mm deep.
Backplane type:
